AGE REQUIREMENTS:

Spa guests must be 18 years of age to receive treatments. Children are permitted in the Spa area only under the constant supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or chaperone, and with written permission. Further terms and conditions apply. Spa treatments can be provided to children aged 14 and above with the child's consent and written permission from a parent. Children under 14 years old are not permitted to use the thermal area.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT:

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet environment at all times inside the Hydra Spa area. Cell phones and other electronic devices must be turned off when entering the spa.

ATTIRE:

All Spa users must be appropriately dressed, including suitable footwear as advised or provided by Hydra Spa.

SMOKING:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the facility, including the entrance.

LOSS OF ITEMS:

We kindly advise you to take care of your personal items and use the lockers provided. Hydra Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW:

If you wish to cancel your treatment, we kindly request that you contact us at least four hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made within these four hours will automatically be charged 100% of the treatment rate. For no-shows, 100% of the total treatment rate shall be charged. Last-minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the time slot is available and other guests are not inconvenienced.

LATE ARRIVAL:

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment or use the facilities. Any delay to the treatment start time will not guarantee the full duration of the service.
