Hotel Rules and Regulations 

Management policies 

1. Settlement of Bills 

Bills must be settled upon check in; personal cheques are not accepted. 

 

2. Check-in  

Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records. Standard check in time is 14:00 (2pm) 

 

3. Departure 

Check out time is 12:00 noon. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be allowed depending on the availability. If the room is available, the standard day rate for the room category will be charged. If the guests do not vacate the room before the check-out time the management shall have the right to remove the Guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest. 

 

4. Reservation cancellation 

The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay in case the Guest is expelled from the hotel as a result of misbehavior or breaking the hotel rules. 

 

5. Luggage Storage 

Subject to availability of the storage space. The guest’s luggage  can be stored in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk of loss or damage from any cause. 

 

6. Guest's Belongings 

  • Guests are requested to lock the doors of their room when going out and going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. 
  • The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest's belongings and property from the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage. 
  • Hanging any items out the guest room windows that might ruin the beauty of our hotel appearance is prohibited. 

 

7. Pets 

Pets are not allowed on the hotel premıses and hotel rooms. 

 

8. Hazardous Goods and Materials 

  • Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed materials, or any other items of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of questionable nature are prohibited. 
  • The Guest shall be liable and responsible to the management, other guests, invitee’s visitors, agents and servants for any loss, financial or material, and damage that may be caused by such items or as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any instructions. 
  • Contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. 
  • Ordering and delivery of food from the outside of the hotel is prohibited. 
  • The hotel is not responsible for any health problems that may occur if food and beverages brought from the outside are consumed. 
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and hotel rooms. The guests are not permitted to use iron, hot plate, electric heater or any other heating device. 

 

9. Damage to Property 

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. For any damage caused by the guest to the hotel property, the guest is due to pay the cost of damage to the hotel. 

 

10. Management's Rights 

The guests agree to conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. 

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel, without any previous notice and without providing any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the above mentioned, the Management has the right to remove the Guest`s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her. 

 

11. Third party guest  

No guest is allowed to give his or her room to be used by third parties, even if the room was paid for. 

For securıty reasons, only checked in guest are allowed on private hotel permises such as hotel rooms.The maximum room capacity may not be surpassed. 

 

12. Government rules and regulations and application of laws 

Guests are required to observe, abide and follow all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time. 

 

13. Photographs and Video's 

Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so are subject to prosecution.

 

14. D.N.D. procedure 

A DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided ın all of the guest rooms. The hotel rule is that the sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to enter the Guest`s room due to safety and security reasons. 

 

15. Additional Rules 

We assume that guests are familiarized with and fully understand the hotel rules from the beginning of their stay in our hotel.  

For your convenience we have provided a safety deposit box, located in the wardrobe in your room, however, the hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. 

In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception. We suggest you double check safety deposit box in your room before your departure from the hotel. 

Hotel guests must wear appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public areas of the hotel. 

It ıs not allowed to take any hotel inventory out from the hotel or the room. 

The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle or any damage that may occur during parking. 

 

16. Relation between Management and Guest 

Nothing hereinabove shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises. 

 

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
